This course makes them more conscious of their primary duties, which include gathering information about herd management, sampling and weighing milk during milking times, entering data into computers, assisting customers with the interpretation and use of the information gathered, and actively looking for ways to increase customer use of Dairy One testing and analytical services.


Keep records of the milk purchased and the containers that were sampled, including the sampling process and the condition of the transit vehicle. As per business standards, keep records on the equipment used for analysis, its condition, the controls utilised for analysis, the equipment parameter, the equipment performance, the time required for analysis, etc. Record and keep track of calibration information, including the date of calibration, the procedure and method utilised, any errors or changes seen, the calibration values, and both internal and external calibration reports.
